Welcome to 12 S Main Street in downtown Kennebunkport, Maine! This charming and unique cottage is the perfect homebase for a couple to enjoy a fabulous vacation on the stunning Maine coastline!

৹ Dog-friendly! You are welcome to bring your pre-approved pup along for your vacation!
৹ Beach supplies provided! The home has backpack beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella for you to enjoy during your stay.

Fantastic weekend in KPT
My wife, three year old daughter, and I enjoyed a long weekend at the cottage. The place was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed, even cooking several meals at the house. The location was great and very centrally located to all attractions around Kennebunkport. We had plenty of space for the three of us. The sofa converts to a bed, which worked well for our situation. Kellen was a great host and even brought us some extra linens within an hour of the request. We had a great experience and I would love to return to stay here again in the future.
