7. Please respect Check-in & Check-out times.
8. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused.
10. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
12. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account.
13. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first.
14. If any items are left behind there is $50 charge for having it shipped back to you for postage and Staff time/efforts.
