This is the Perfect Space for your stay in Medellin, fits up to 4 people. Unit is located walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, main Avenues, and short drive from Lleras park.
This suite has a full private bathroom, built in Kitchenette, beautiful view, Air conditioner, bedroom space features two double beds.
There is dedicated work space, FAST Wifi, Smart Tv, And Alexa dot speaker. Building has amazing common areas: free CoWorking space, outdoors, lounge areas, cafe, Gym & lobby.
This unit was designed for guests so everything was planned and thought for your stay. The space is beautifully decorated and has a stunning view of the city. Right when you enter you will find a built in kitchen behind sliding mirror doors. This kitchen has a small fridge, cooktop, pots, pans, cooking basics, plates, cups, toaster oven, blender, etc. Next to the kitchen also behind sliding doors in the closet space with iron and ironing board.
On the other side is the full bathroom that is spacious and has a large counter. Unit is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap and also towels.
In the bedroom area you will find two double beds, the measure is 1.40m wide each. Also called matrimonial bed. There is a big nightstand table and lamp, cool neon sign for pics, dedicated work desk space with chair, a Smart Tv, and extra chair for seating.
The windows have black outs/ room darkening shades, perfect for a good night rest. The unit also has Ac and is very quiet.
The laundry room is shared with other building guests and is payed. You will find it down the isle.
The building features spacious Co-working area with chill out lounges, and seating spaces. Outdoor areas with chairs and tables. Nicely equipped Gym, open 24 hours. There is also a cafe that offers coffee, pastries, beverages and some food, with room service option.
You will have private access to the whole unit, full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area. And you will share common spaces of the building.
We have a management team, for any need you may have.
The location is perfect as it is residential with plenty of restaurants, mall, night life around.
You will be 6 min walk from Provenza, 8 min walk from park lleras, 3 min walk to Vizcaya mall (restaurants, movies, shops, Atm, Gym), also 5 min walk to Pinar Río Mall with groceries and other stores.
All restaurants and popular nightlife is only 6 min walk away.
You can enter the building from the Main Street Calle 10. It is super easy to order an Uber or taxi. Even get public transportation from outside the building.
It is safe area to walk around and you can walk up or down to many places
The laundry area is located outside the unit and has a charge of 20.000 cop for laundry and dryer.

3. Illegal activities: Any illegal activity (e.g. trafficking, prostitution, drug use) will be reported to authorities.
4. Guest Registration: All guests must register with original ID or passport at the reception. Minors need notarized permission from their parents.
5. Do not throw garbage: Do not throw garbage or cigarette butts from the balconies. Fines of up to 80.00 Usd.
6. Do not sublease: The apartment cannot be transferred to other people.
7. Noise Warnings: Loud music or noise will result in warnings and fines.
8. Visitor limit: Maximum of 4 visitors per apartment at a time.
9. Exit of visitors: Guests must go down or call the door to allow visitors to leave.
10. Addresses: All addresses must be collected at the gate.
