Why they chose this property
Walking distance to so many wonderful areas, enjoy the private beach on property or Commons beach that is right next door, where they hold Summer concerts on Sunday evenings. Truckee river rafting or bike trail, Gatekeeper's museum, Granlibakken Ski or sled area, Tahoe Treetop Adventures, Sunnyside marina, numerous hiking trails and lookout points.
