Downtown 4BD: Hot Tub, Firepit

Welcome to a rustic escape equipped for your group getaway. This single-family residence is tucked into the end lot of a quiet street and a short drive to downtown North Conway. A spacious escape located on the end lot of a quiet neighborhood. Although it feels tucked away and private, the house is close to the vibrant offerings of North Conway and Mount Washington Valley. Spread across two levels, it is great for multiple families or groups and accommodates 10-12 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Guests are happy to find a well-equipped, spacious kitchen with bar seating and a breakfast nook, plus an additional dining area. Most guests spend their evenings cozying up by the fireplace in the large living room, or in the hot tub on the deck searching for shooting stars. For those looking to snuggle in and watch a movie, the lower level has what you need. There’s plenty of space for everyone to plot out their own adventures.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a deep cleaning fee of $500 to cover damages.
