It’s a completely gated 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath estate situated up on a knoll with views of Woodland Hills golf course, mountains and valley views from Kitchen, Dining room, both upper bedrooms, kitchen patio and decks. An old world chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, Viking stove, Sub-Zero Fridge and stainless steel Bosch dishwasher. Vaulted ceilings, faux paint, limestone floors in the main living areas and saltillo pavers in the 2 downstair bedrooms and outside. Seclusion and privacy is your while you enjoy the saline pool, hot tub, pool area complete with 3 built in queen size luxuriously cushioned beds and a built in BBQ area. Surround sound, recessed lighting, French glass doors, electric gate, large driveway can accommodate numerous cars, 2 fireplaces and a Tesla charger. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
