Our cottage features two beautifully decorated bedrooms designed for relaxation. With cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches, it’s a perfect escape for couples or small families. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances. Enjoy at the indoor dining area or on the covered deck with water views. Every detail of the cottage is designed with your comfort in mind, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay.
Wake up and enjoy direct access to the peaceful waterfront. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck or exploring the shoreline, you’ll relish the calming ambiance. Experience the convenience of being minutes away from town, where you’ll find charming shops, delicious restaurants, and local attractions, while still enjoying the peace and privacy of your waterfront retreat.
Please note that we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels to start your vacation. We recommend bringing additional supplies for your personal use.
Your peace and privacy are our priorities, but we're always here to enhance your experience. From insider tips on local gems to ensuring every comfort, consider Flaneur as your waterfront hosts.
Guest Access:
Please note that the driveway and dock are shared with the home next door.
Other Things to Note:
We welcome your furry friends at an additional non refundable fee of $200.
All guests are required to sign a lease required by the Talbot County Code
Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.
We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.
Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
