Discover Blu Idyll Getaway, a charmingly renovated small beach cottage (330 sq feet), ideally located just one block from one of Holmes Beach's finest beach access points. Situated near the renowned Beach Bistro, this cottage offers easy access to island favorites like Freckled Fin, Ugly Grouper, and The Feast.

Inside, unwind in comfort with a plush king bed, cable TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. The trendy decor complements your island retreat experience. In the evening, enjoy the cozy ambiance of string lights on the private back patio, complete with a propane grill and picnic table for delightful outdoor dining.

A short stroll through the wooded path behind the cottage leads to a heated community pool, providing additional relaxation options. His and hers restrooms, loungers, and tables are available poolside for your convenience.

This adorable efficiency suite is half of a duplex and pairs perfectly with our 2 bedroom option, Blu Blu Idyll Cottage. For larger groups, consider renting the entire 3 bedroom complex.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $150 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in during high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent pods and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
