Gorgeous furnished condo in a great, quiet community. Upgrades have been made throughout this townhome. End unit with no one above! Kitchen with breakfast bar opens to dining / great room with sliding glass door to the patio.Two master suites on second level. Great location close to heated pool and spa. 2 miles from famous Fountain. Several fantastic golf courses within 5 minutes. Also 5 minutes from Casino.

Not as advertised

This property was ok, comfortable enough, but just ok. It was not beautiful nor newly renovated. The unit is tired looking. There were new kitchen cabinets and new carpeting on the stairs and upper hall. This is an old property and so are the appliances. Old is ok, but dirty is not. We had to replace the burner saucers under the stove heating elements and the oven was very dirty. We also replaced the furnace filter. The master tub shower was lined with hard water buildup. Having said all this I want to say the owner was very responsive to our calls for further cleaning and when the dryer went out he replaced both the washer/dryer. It was too late for our stay of 1 month. At the end of the stay the owner had his son-inlaw do the walk through and the owner told us we had exaggerated the move in condition of the unit. That is because we did a LOT of cleaning while we were there. We would not stay here again.

Wonderful property and host

We needed a place that was quiet and not too far from local Healthcare. This worked out great. Fountain Hills is a beautiful community and an easy drive to anything we needed.
