The space
This penthouse apartment was newly built in 2018 by an architectural firm that built the famous landmark hotel in Berlin, the Adlon.
The entire space has floor heating that can be easily regulated in each room. The floors are all wood, the bathrooms tile, the terraces stone.
The main rooms have an open architecture. Views are on three sides. There is a working fireplace, flat screen smart Samsung tv, stereo and Alexa.
