Other things to note 📝
🏊🏼‍♂️Hot Tub: the technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the Spa. He will access the back driveway, handle hot tub care, and have no need to enter the home.

🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the gravel road, the parking area around the home is paved. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.

🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 22 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 12. There are is a toddler bed one of the walk-in closets and 2 pac-n-plays in the 2 other walk-in closets, but these are only for smaller kids.

🔐Bedroom Locks: For the safety and convenience of our guests, we have intentionally chosen not to install locks on bedroom or bathroom doors. In the past, we've encountered situations in other homes where children inadvertently locked doors, requiring our immediate assistance. By designing our home this way, we aim to prevent any inconveniences and ensure a seamless experience for all our guests.

🅿️ Parking: Limited to 12 regular-sized cars or less with any oversized vehicles.

👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
