property was excellent. Very secluded and peaceful . Directions to property however took us to a road that had been closed for over a year. We had to find an alternate route. Also the site we were asked to take our trash to required a permit which was not provided

Peaceful, relaxing, refreshing, breathtaking.
This is a great cabin in a beautiful setting. It is a bit of a drive to the park entrance but I knew it would be. We didn’t mind the extra driving and it was worth it to be away from the crowds. Our contact was great. My son accidentally damaged a glass door, and they were so understanding and worked us to get everything taken care of. It is a wonderful cabin. The cookware needs attention but otherwise we had everything we needed. You can tell that this is owned and run by very good people. Thank you for a nice time!

Yellowstone base camp
Had a wonderful stay, was easy to check in, it’s a bit of a drive down a small road, but from gardiner it’s really not bad at all I don’t think 4wd would be necessary for summer months. The place was perfect for our family, plenty of beds and space to relax and a great porch to just take in the view, which are unbeatable. It’s a cabin, so expect cabin type things, let it air out and check for mice when you get there and you’ll be fine. Would highly recommend

Great property with gorgeous views!
Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone was able to have their own space, yet enjoy plenty of time together. The views from the deck are spectacular, especially watching the sun come over the mountains in the early morning. It was only a short drive to Gardiner and the north Yellowstone entrance. The information binder was full of great recommendations of things to do/places to see. We will most definitely be recommending this property to family and friends!

Good stay for north Yellowstone
House was spacious and about 30 minutes from the northwest entrance of Yellowstone. Convenient to Mammoth and Lamar Valley. Very quiet area. Not much close for food or other activities so bring all you need with you.

Glorious views in Emigrant
This property is wonderfully situated - stunning views, quiet, plenty of space. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well-stocked. I recommend it to all! Roughly a half-hour drive to Yellowstone. Only off-notes were a rabid robin, who started pounding on windows early, and the weirdly sloppy grout job on tub in master suite.

Stayed at the house while doing some work in the area. Nice place on a quiet hillside overlooking the river and valley. The evening views from the patio were terrific! Would recommend staying here if you need a place for a group or large family.

Great Property .. Beautiful Location
Tanya’s property is ideal for family gatherings, and is in a great location for exploring the Yellowstone River, hiking to the petrified woods, gravel biking, going to Yellowstone Park. The house is set up ideally for multiple families, allowing each to have their own space. It was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the large deck was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery at the end of the day. Tanya was a great host, and we will recommend this property to our friends.

Very cozy rental near Yellowstone
A charming house in a fantastic location with wonderful views. Property manager was terrific in responding to any needs, and the next door neighbor Greg was very kind to us. The house has a fenced yard and a deck that can be gated off, so it is IDEAL for guests with dogs!

Fantastic views, fantastic house!
The first impression is accurate, it's a lovely house, with a good amount of space for everyone, amazing views, local wildlife paying visits (we saw a lot of deer up close!), and very good accommodations! It's close to Yellowstone and nothing felt too far to re-supply. We didn't get an "it's great but it's missing this" feeling at all. The information binder inside was great too, tipped us off to some great areas to explore. Highly recommend it!

Home base
We stayed here while visiting Yellowstone National Park. We found it comfortable and convenient to the Mammoth Hot Springs entrance to the park. Tanya was very helpful and answered our calls promptly. We grilled most every night that we were there, and enjoyed watching the mule deer as they ambled across the field and ate from the apple tree in the side yard.

a spacious house with beautiful views
The house was large and comfortable for our 3 generation family trip and the views were panoramic, despite the haze from the fires. The air conditioning worked well for us. We did not need Yellowstone for the wildlife as it was right there; the deer had no trouble jumping the 5 ft fence to get to the apple tree! It was very nice to go for walks in the hills around the house, though the river is 5 minutes drive, not walk. The only small issue was that the Carbella bridge across the Yellowstone is out and it seems not too clear when it will reopen. This currently adds 10 miles, 5 on gravel road, to the drive from Yellowstone.
