Ocean Breeze - Condo A

Welcome to the Ocean Breeze Condo by the Sea, located at the Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. This ocean front resort is situated along the shores of Craig Bay and features extravagant sunsets, mountain views, and is surrounded by the beauty of west coast nature.

Ocean Breeze Condo by the Sea is a privately owned condo and located on the 4th floor of the Creekside building. The condo accommodates up to 2 guests and is suitable for short or long term stays.

This one bedroom condo features spectacular ocean views, a deck that overlooks the ocean, a fireplace, and a king size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, in-suite washer/dryer and the full bathroom that features a jacuzzi style tub and stand alone shower.

The suite has big picture windows in the living room that overlook the ocean. The condo is full of natural light and is styled with modern decor inspired by the west coast. The outdoor covered deck is accessible from the bedroom or from the kitchen and offers usage all year-round.

Suite (A) can be combined with the adjoining suite (B) which offers a 1-bedroom hotel style suite with a king size bed and full bathroom. Suite B comfortably sleeps 2 guests. When both suites are open, the spaces accommodate up to 4 guests. Please contact us for more details.

The suite has a private entrance and is equipped with a keypad for self-check-in & check-out

The parkade is free and located adjacent to the building; there is no assigned parking

Located at the south end of the Parksville Qualicum Beach region, this area is 15 km south of Parksville and 26 km north of Nanaimo. Take the scenic route on Northwest Bay Road into the heart of the community. The quaint Red Gap commercial hub is a great place to stop for a coffee break or some grocery shopping.

Nanoose Bay boasts bucolic views and vast greenery in scenic parks. Whether you're looking for a place to picnic or try a new outdoor hobby, you'll find an abundance of wildlife and a tranquil atmosphere in these natural environments.

No smoking, vaping or cannabis use in the condo or on the deck. Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas on the resort property.

No loud music on the deck.

Pool towels are provided in the unit, please ensure you bring them back from the pool.

Indoor pool, whirlpool, and fitness facility. Please note that the pool is closed every 4th Mondays for servicing.

Seasonal use of kayaks, Stand-up Paddle Boards and retro style cruiser bikes.

Children’s playground, outdoor kiddie pool and Rock Hot Tub. Closed on Thursdays 9-5 for servicing.

Access to walking trails, beautiful gardens with several ponds and shoreline access.
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours

- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee. Seafood and shellfish harvesting has resulted in excess cleaning and allergy issues for our cleaners and incoming guests that are not able to be resolved without extensive cleaning time and extra costs for disposal.
