❖ HOUSE RULES:
• Quiet hours after 9 pm. No outdoor music at any time
•NOTE: This is an active vineyard and there may be vineyard workers working in the vineyards during your stay. During harvest season, there will be equipment that generates noise in the vineyards. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy this as part of your experience staying in a true vineyard farmhouse!

• As the house is on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper down the toilet
• Please load dishes into the dishwasher before leaving
• Please no shoes in the house

❖ Dog owners agree to the following additional rules:
• To pay the pet fee of $250. Up to 2 pets allowed.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture
• Outside the house, dogs should be leashed at all times. Dog owners bear full responsibility for the safety of their dogs.
• Owners must immediately pick up after their dogs and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage bin
• Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house at any time. In addition to our additional dog cleaning fee, we will deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your dog.
