The Walker House along with the Casa Monica Hotel and Villa Zorayda, were built by notable architect Franklin Smith and are among the few Moorish Revival buildings in St. Augustine.

Upon crossing the threshold of this beautifully and meticulously remodeled Moorish Revival home, you will be captivated by the delightful blend of modern luxury and historic charm. Built in 1888, this luxurious home features all high-end amenities and exudes character and charm. Beautiful architectural details and wooden heart pine floors remain original to the home, as well as wonderful large windows that allow an abundance of natural light throughout.

Sit back and relax in the fabulous grand living room which features, antique furnishings, large windows and doors framed in the original wide wooden molding with rounded corner pieces. For your entertainment and relaxation, a baby grand piano and smart TV grace the living room. The living room leads to a spacious dining room furnished with an eighteenth-century reproduction dining room set, consisting of a table, eight chairs and a cupboard. This is where the 19th century morphs into the 21st century. The dining room connects to a brand-new stunning chefs' kitchen with a wall of sliding glass doors spanning the entire length of the kitchen and dining room, which looks out onto an incredible entertainment space in the back yard.

Inspire your inner chef by whipping up a culinary delight in this brand-new fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with a large center island, featuring German cabinetry, quartz counters and backsplash, Miele gas range and convection oven, Miele microwave/convection and Liebherr refrigerator.

Offering a restful night’s sleep, all three luxe bedrooms feature king beds with premium linens, two nightstands, 3-way touch lamps with USB ports as well as smart tv’s and room darkening drapes. All bedrooms have large windows allowing plenty of natural light. Luxury abounds in the upstairs spacious primary suite with a large adjoining dressing room and an incredible brand new hi-end ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, an LED mirror, separate lavatory closet, 3 spray body shower, separate claw tub, and a lovely large private balcony with a chaise lounge for two. The second upstairs bedroom suite has a remodeled hi-end ensuite bathroom as well. The third bedroom is conveniently located downstairs on the main level with an adjacent modern bathroom with shower.

End your busy day of sightseeing by relaxing and chilling in your private fenced backyard oasis. Enjoy al fresco dining on the fabulous patio featuring a motorized louvred roof, an expansive summer kitchen with barbeque, sink and frig, a dining table that seats six and a separate cozy sitting area to gather and enjoy a drink. If you’re in the mood for golf, there is a three-hole putting green. For the ultimate relaxation, sit by the Solo smokeless gas fire pit and immerse yourself in its warm glow.

An Amazing Stay

My group and I spent three nights at the Walker House and could not have been more happy with our stay. The house is within walking distance of many of St. Augustine’s best attractions and restaurants. The house and its amenities were impeccable. The backyard was a particular highlight. The house itself was immaculate and fully stocked to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The check in/out process couldn’t have been easier and the property manager was quick to respond to all questions and requests. I would recommend this property to anyone and cannot wait until my next stay there.

Great Stay

Great stay! The property has very intentional renovations that make staying at a historical property comfortable. It's very clear it's a renovated historical property with the wood floors and antiques, but the renovations provide the niceties of current technology and comfort. A special added touch is the bathrooms. They are VERY clean, current, and beautiful... complete with the old- school claw tub in the master to hint at history. Great backyard landscaping with a fountain, putt-putt golf and firepit that I regret we did not get to experience. We would definitely return!

Amaizing Historic Home with Luxurious Modern Amenities!

We absolutely loved everything about the Walker House. The home's historic significance and charm paired with incredible modern hi-end amenities made for a truly unique experience. The house was beautiful, well appointed, spacious, and so comfortable. Everything was brand new from the gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances to the spa like bathrooms. The home was spotless and had everything that we could possibly want. The backyard was outstanding, and we enjoyed every inch of it, from the outdoor kitchen with grill island to the putting green. It was pure heaven!
