• Beautiful Pool & Pool Floaties: Dive into our private, in-ground chlorine pool (15ft x 28ft, depths up to 5ft) with pebble tec finishes. Pool floaties and a pump are available for added pool fun.
• Hot Tub: Unwind in the hot tub after a day of golfing or lounging, with a drink in hand under the starry Palm Springs sky.
• Mini Putting Green: Challenge friends and family to a fun game on our mini putting green. Perfect for golf enthusiasts to practice their swing and bring out their inner Tiger Woods. Putting green golf clubs and balls are provided.
• Pergola with BBQ & Outdoor Dining Lounging Areas: Savor delicious grilled meals at the outdoor dining table, equipped with a propane BBQ and utensils. Multiple lounging areas provide plenty of space to relax, chat, and enjoy the sunshine with a cold beer. Outdoor patio furniture and pool loungers ensure comfort.

• We have a 220 V charger in the garage for your convenience. You can see a photo of the charger in the additional photos section. Remember to bring your own vehicle's charging cord if you wish to use our charger during your stay.

• Being parents of young kids ourselves, we know how hard traveling can be sometimes, we have really tried our best to accommodate young families.
• We have a pack & play and crib sheets available.
• A high chair, kids bowls, plates cups and eating utensils.
• Books, games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy

Pet friendly
• We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay.
• Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.
**Extra pet fees will be added though our guest portal after booking is confirmed. (Plus Tax) Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.

Pool heater
• The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
• Our pool cleaner comes every Monday and Thursday morning; they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.
