Host profile image
Alissa and Whitney are sisters who grew up in Arizona. We love everything this state has to offer, from the low desert to the high desert and mountains. There's so much to do in Arizona, and escaping to the mountains in the summer is our favorite retreat. Our mother used to take us camping in the Arizona mountains, and we later brought our own kids to Payson, where we fell in love with the area. We now have three homes here for everyone to enjoy, and we spend a lot of time in these homes to keep them well-maintained. Our hope is that you will start a tradition of your own.

Why they chose this property

Whispering Pines is a small community 10 miles North of Payson central. We love this community as it is tucked up in the Pines with a lot of near-by hiking trails and streams stocked with fish. 30% of the homes in Whispering Pines are occupied by full-time residents. Most homes are vacation homes.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique as it was built up on the rocks on the side of the mountain. This home backs to the national forest and has a trail right out the backdoor. We often see wildlife while enjoying a meal at the dining table. Also, it is an A-Frame. Everyone loves an A-Frame and it is not tiny like most A-Frames.
