Cozy 2-bedroom second floor apartment in enjoyable Cogan Station with WiFi, AC
Nestled in Cogan Station, this fabulous apartment features 2 soothing queen beds, a cozy bathroom with a shower, and convenient amenities like AC and WiFi on an 8-acre property. You'll feel right at home in this quaint retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
We will provide 3 air mattresses for the living room that will complement the large L shaped couch and two futon chairs. This will allow you to sleep 5-6 kids comfortably in the living room.
The property also features an onsite indoor basketball court, turf area, and two batting cages that are available by appointment only. There will be availability during your stay but needs to be requested via text message. The property also features an in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and outdoor covered living area that is shared with the host and may be used during your stay if available. All outdoor areas access needs to be requested and approved prior to use. This will be communicated at check in, and these amazing bonus areas are what set this property above the others. Most of these areas are only available in the summer months and we encourage guests to ask prior to staying if they want access to these areas. The property is great for families as we have raised four kids here. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask in advance to alleviate any doubts that this property will meet your expectations.
The property is approximately 14 minutes from the Little League World Series and 12 minutes from downtown Williamsport. We are a few minutes from the fishing creek along Route 15 and 2 minutes from a 7+ mile paved bike & running path.
