Guest Access:
Guests have the whole house. The garage will not be useable for a car to park, but the driveway has plenty of parking for mulitple cars.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the 3rd bathroom is the "pool" bathroom and is accessible from the backyard and/or the garage (the garage is accessible from the kitchen). The washer and dryer are also located in the pool bathroom. The 3rd bathroom is not next to the bedrooms.
Also, please note that charcoal is not provided, but guests are welcome to use the grill.
