While the home is newer and great for large groups the listing was very deceiving. The pool is NOT private. It is the community swimming pool that you drive about a half a mile to. The patio is a small concrete slab off the back door and does not have a covered area and only has a few folding chairs. The yard was not mowed. Garbage cans outside were full. There was a note to not use the disposal as it was broken however, the sink wouldn’t even drain. The oven would not power on and there is no access to a breaker box because they lock the garage. Attempted to reach the owner but didn’t get a response until a day later indicating I should contact someone else. By that point it was too late. Bought a bunch of groceries and couldn’t even cook for my large family. The home is clearly lived in which, is fine but, there were dirty sponges in the sink, hair etc throughout the house, soap scum in the showers. Small fire ants coming in near dog area and infested the dog food.Neighbors were rude (I realize the owners can’t help) If you have more than 2 vehicles plan to park down the road from the house as the neighbors were upset that our vehicles extended into the sidewalk. The game room is great. It is smaller than the photos make it appear but it is a fun set up. I recommend a professional cleaning prior to people booking and updating your listing to accurately depict what the buyers are getting for as costly as this can be. The home is a great home and we still enjoyed ourselves.

It looked as if someone was living in the house and just left for us to check in to the house. The house, restrooms and all the appliances were dirty and filthy. None of the beds were made and it seemed like they half-attempted to sweep. On top of that there were dog hairs on ALL of the beds. As if that wasnt bad enough, the AC was not on before we arrived! The thermostat was marked at
