Discover JK2Properties' combined 4BR/4BA tropical-themed units, located right next to each other—perfect for larger groups. Each unit features a master suite with an en suite bathroom, an additional comfy bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony. Located in Jacksonville's newest and most exclusive complex, enjoy access to a pool, gym, clubhouse, and meeting rooms. Minutes to Mayo Clinic, UNF, beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.
After booking, you will receive a renter's agreement to sign and there will be a security hold of $300.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be fully refunded after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
