Welcome to your dream getaway in Onalaska, TX! This newly renovated lake house offers a cozy, home-like feel with incredible views of Lake Livingston just minutes away. Whether you're looking for fun on the lake or a private retreat to unwind, this is the perfect spot for you. Hosted by friendly TX locals! We are a family-owned and run business, and we can't wait to share our cozy retreat with you.
Start your day with a hot cup of coffee or tea and soak in the serene surroundings. In the evening, wind down with a glass of wine on the front porch rocking chairs and enjoy a breathtaking cotton-candy sunset. Plus, the neighborhood boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away, making it easy to hit the water whenever you like!
Our home is close by many attractions such as Lake Livingston State Park, antique stores, restaurants, trails, the Alabama Coushatta’s Naskila Gaming casino, fishing, boating, and more! With a neighborhood boat ramp nearby, you'll have easy access to all the lake fun you can imagine.
Our lake home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, kitchen, dining room, and game room with a private porch and patio. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, and one room includes a twin XL bunk bed over the queen. We've also included an air mattress in each bedroom to accommodate extra guests as well one pack n' play for babies/toddlers! There's also a dedicated work area if you need to take care of business. The game room boasts a 50" 4K smart TV for your entertainment as well as toys and books for little ones to enjoy and a baby monitor to keep an eye as they play!
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, a coffee machine, cookware, utensils, cutting board, and more. The living room has a 55" 4K smart TV. The dining area has seating for 6, with additional table trays for 4 for a total service of 10.
Step outside onto the patio or porch, where multiple seating areas provide the perfect opportunity to indulge in lake time. Beautiful lighting creates a charming atmosphere, and the property is fully fenced to ensure the safety of your pets and children at all times. This spot is perfect for a couple or family looking for a well-kept place to stay in the area, with local access to all necessary amenities within minutes.
