No extra guests allowed if not on reservation. Absolutely no party. Reservation will be cancelled with no refund and $3,000 fine. Read everything in house rules before booking.

Motion and sound-detecting cameras will be active at the front door and backyard continuously during your stay, monitoring the entire area.


We provide initial supplies only; restock as needed at local stores. Included items:

Very deceiving
The listing is deceiving. The master bedroom only has 1 light bulb out of 6 in the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub does not work. The toilet leaks from the base. We had 1 half roll of tissue in all bathrooms. The fridge is not cold and ice is dirty. The washroom has only 1 lightbulb, the washer is molded. The upstairs was not clean the carpet is filthy. Trash from previous guest still there. The pool was nasty and the pumps were not on. The grass is overgrown and brown. I would never stay here again. I was never offered any compensation for anything.
