Guest Access:
To reach the property, take Avenida Jose Lopez Portillo and turn towards Carabanchel, then make a left onto Avenida Arco Nte. The Rincon del Prado subdivision is conveniently situated between Av. Arco Nte. and Av. Centenario.

For your safety and peace of mind, please have your identification ready when arriving at Rincon del Prado. Simply present it at the security booth and provide them with the address of the property.

- Soriana Mercado Prado Norte: only 5 minutes by car for all your shopping needs
- Parque Urbano Kabah: 27 minutes by car, ideal for a nature escape
- Mercado 28: 30 minutes by car, perfect for local crafts and souvenirs

Getting Around:
The drive from Cancun International Airport to the property is approximately 40 minutes.

We recommend you arrive at the property by car. We suggest:
-Take a cab at the airport
-Use mobility apps
-Rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
For pool use, children must always be accompanied by an adult. Balls and toys are not allowed in the pool area, and lounge chairs may not be placed in the pool. Children under 3 years old must wear special swim diapers while swimming.

Additional rules:
While the air conditioning units are on, doors and windows must remain closed. If you are not inside the property, all air conditioning units must be turned off. Excessive use of electricity will result in an additional charge.
