PARKING: Private parking garage onsite - with 1 space available for use.

Easy day excursions to Disneyland (20 minutes away), Universal Studios, Legoland, and more! World-class shopping at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island is 10 minutes drive away. World-class golfing at Pelican Hill is 10 minutes away! A major grocery store is walking distance! A playground just down the street! Fine steak, Italian, sushi bar, and casual restaurants along with a doughnut shop, ice cream, coffee house/bagel shop, fast food, dive shop and grocery store are down the street from the cottage! THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. There is no smoking (including vapor cigarettes or cannabis) in the house or anywhere on the property including the garage, behind the garage, front sidewalk, or alley.
NOISE: No loud music or voices between 10 PM and 9 AM.

-Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit during your stay.
