Nestled in the mountains on the Hiawasssee River this 3 BR 2.5 Bath cabin will provide you with everything you need for your next vacation. Our luxurious cabin has year round beautiful views of the mountains and the river. Its located between Hiawassee and Helen, giving you entertainment year round from fine dining,bars,water parks,putt putt, theaters hiking and more.

For those of you who enjoy inner tubing or trout fishing, this is your place. You can go up river and float down to the cabin on our large inner tubes, complimentary of staying at the cabin. Trout are released weekly less than a half mile up river making it a premier fishing spot. The cabin is also with in 45 min of 3 major rafting rivers and within 5 min from beautiful Lake Chatuge.

If relaxing inside is your thing then hang out at the cabin and relax in our comfortable reclining couches while watching your favorite movies through our 5 flat screen TV's with internet capability. Stream 1000's of movies and local shows using YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime & HBO. If all else fells, just turn on the gas logs and take it easy.

If relaxing outside is your thing, then go lay out at the community pool. You can also go down by the river and build a fire or just hang out in our large hot tub and watch the sun set over the mountains.

Some other amenities of the cabin is the Large 7 passenger Hot Tub, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and serving, stack stone gas fireplace, futon in the play room, washer/dryer, grill, covered deck outside, community pool, and fire pit.

Helen's cabin

Love the carport. The backyard was wide open space to the stream. The kids loved fishing and just playing in the water. The pool area was nice with bathrooms but the kids preferred the stream!! The house itself was great had everything you would need...all the comforts of home. The location of the cabin was close to all the places we wanted to visit. A good time had by all.

Lovely, clean and comfortable home in a beautiful location. The north Georgia mountains are absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fall time. The area has lovely small ,quaint towns, fun to visit. Dont hesitate choosing to stay here, i promise you will love it like we did.

Ladies trip 23

Overall the place was great. We however did not like the camera overlooking the hot tub we are all ladies so that was the only downside. The proximity to town was a plus. The creek and firepit was nice although it was too hot for a fire and mosquitoes come out at dusk.

Wonderful house, property and view

This is the first trip I have had with all of my children since they have been adults and it was a wonderful time, this place is absolutely fabulous!! We will definitely be going back. The only thing I would have done differently is make a better plan for activities, we wanted to tube and tried to put in where the owner said and there were people there that told us it was private property and we could not park there and that the water was very low and we might have a hard time getting down the river, so wish I would have had a back up plan. We all ended up playing volleyball and kan jam in the back yard and we all enjoyed the hot tub so it still was a win!

Fun place to stay

Love tubing down the river. Fishing is fantastic. So much fun exploring the river, easy to walk in. The house set up is perfect for a family..this is our second visit, and we can't wait to stay again. Highly recommend.

We had the best time. The house was great and the others visiting the same area were awesome. We caught fish, swam, made s’mores down by the river and thoroughly enjoyed Lake Chatuge. Would definitely go back!!

It will exceed your expectations

What a hidden gem this cabin is! It's easy access from the main road in a small complex of only 8-10 single cabins, each with their own parking. The cabin itself was much bigger than expected and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. Each of the 3 bedrooms is separated and they are big rooms, not to mention the small game room downstairs. It's clear from the moment u step inside that this is not just a 'rental' but instead a second home that the owners visit often because it's well-maintained and well-equipped with everything you might need on your vacation - that includes the well-stocked kitchen, the oversized washer and dryer, ample linens, etc etc. What makes this cabin so great is not just the interior (comfy sofa couches in living rooms, beds with mattress toppers, game room, and so much space), but also the fact that it's right next to the Hiwassee River - a short walk from the cabin's porch (if you can pry yourself off the relaxing porch swing) will bring u to the river where you can enjoy fishing, tubing, picnic beside it, or relax in the water. The river hangouts became one of the highlights of our trip. Beyond that the cabin is within 20mins or so to Helen, within 5-10 of Hiwassee itself and maybe 15-20 of Lake Chatuge - in short it's really close to a lot of activities and yet its also private and secluded to get away from all that. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! Kudo's to the wonderful owners for VRBO'g this amazing cabin!

Beautiful

The house is beautiful, but the views are breathtaking! The kids loved playing on the river and being able to tub down it to the house. Just make sure to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper because there isn’t any extra there.

Nice place just a little disappointing

I booked the cabin as a getaway for my husband's and my birthday weekend as well as mother's day. Took 2 other couples with us as well. The cabin itself is great. It was clean, well maintained property, with a few things that need some attention... the point of our trip was to relax, we planned one night in town, which would be the day we arrived, the others would be cooking at the cabin, enjoying the lake and sitting poolside. That's where the disappointment comes in. The pool was closed, getting IN the lake stream was impossible from our area, and the hot tub wouldn't get over 88. Contacted the owner and was informed that the pool doesn't open until after Memorial day. Would have been nice to know that being that the pool was the main thing I filtered for in my search. The owner apologized and told me we could easily find other things to do in Helen. As far as the hot tub, we probably weren't doing something right and the instructions were very vague. Several jets not working on it and was very uncomfortable due to the owners cameras directly over the tub itself. I can understand having security cameras over looking the perimeter but pointed in at the guests is quite creepy. Alexas also in the home don't make for a good comfort level either as I have them in my home and I'm very aware that you can "drop in" with them. Cooking at the cabin was great as long as you used the kitchen, the grill is about shot, but definitely had everything that was needed to cook great meals there. All in all, the cabin is nice, a few things need a little attention - and privacy. Just don't plan on the pool before Memorial day or after Labor Day.

Cozy Riverfront dream

This was our 2nd time staying at this cabin. We absolutely love it. There's everything you could possibly need for a mountain getaway. Location is close to many shops, waterfalls, restaurants, etc. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Family Trip

We really enjoyed this Property. It was exactly as listed. Even though the weather was bad almost the entire time, due to a storm passing thru, we still had a great family trip. The extras of everything were nice (firepit, folding chairs, pillow and blankets). Hot Tub was throughly enjoyed by all.

Our cabin made our stay in Hiawassee very enjoyable.

This cabin was very nice for four people. Plenty of room, plenty of kitchen items to use, nice hot hot tub, fun fishing in the river behind the cabin and overall, just a great place. We will probably return next year.

Beautiful home! Everything we needed for relaxing and cooking was provided.

The location was great for family and friends! Enjoyed the river and tubing. We brought our own tubes but the hosts had several available. The electric pump they provided made it a breeze to inflate ours. Explored several of the nearby spots the hosts recommended. It was so nice to have the community pool and the hot tub and we enjoyed both, frequently. It was a much needed quiet and relaxing stay.

Cabin nicely designed for both privacy and communal living, Beautiful setting with view to a meadow and mountains, a gently flowing river for tubing and fishing, and conveniently located for various day outings. Our only complaint is it is close enough to a highway that you get a bit of traffic noise now and again.

Great Place for a Family VayKay

We had a fantastic time. Great place to visit. The house is just as listed. Everything we needed was there. Tubing was a highlight. I recommend wearing water shoes. Find a nice sturdy stick to take with to help navigate around the rocks and trees. The cabin is nicely decorated without too much. Great time and place. Beautiful scenery. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. Truly made our seventh annual family VayKay a success.

I surprised my son for his 21st birthday. He came with 2 childhood friends. My other son (a marine) was there with his wife and my granddaughter. Nice cabin

We enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the extra food, condiments and refrigerator staples. Beds were very comfy. I especially enjoyed the gas logs and the wooden rocker! We also enjoyed the roomy showers with great water pressure. We couldn’t figure out how to operate playroom tv but there were plenty of others to watch. The only complaint we have is that the hot tub was slimy and stinky which was a little disappointing. But we were gone so much we really didn’t miss not having it. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. We also appreciated the list of sights and nearby activities. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to visit the North Georgia mountains.

Beautiful time

We took our adult children and our two dogs and had a wonderful time. We found the Alpine fun center and were able to do go-karts and rollerskating as well as just enjoy the scenery in and outside of the cabin. We will definitely be back

Lovely

This cabin was cozy, yet spacious. I loved that the kids had space to play, but were easily monitored. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. We had a great time exploring the area, and really enjoyed Helen. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to return during a different season to explore some more.
