Located on a quiet cul de sac, this home is perfect for a peaceful weekend playing in the gorgeous salt water pool or a relaxing home away from home for your Coachella Valley adventures. Private back patio includes shaded outdoor dining area, gas grill and a second seating area to enjoy morning coffee or drinks at sunset as you take in the mountain vista.

The Space:
The pool is ideal for all ages — big enough for swimming, water toys, and games.
There are 2 permitted bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Maximum occupancy for the house per the City of Indio is 10 occupants overnight.
Maximum number of vehicles allowed on the property is 4.

Guest Access:
Access to the whole house including garage.

Other Things to Note:
Additional fee to heat pool is $100 per day
** SECURITY HOLD IS $750 AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND RETURNED ON CHECKOUT DAY POST INSPECTION FOR DAMAGES**

Pets allowed - Pets: $75 (does not apply to service animals)

* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Indio.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost is $149/night.

* Prior to check our management company requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting

Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
