Mermaid cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the cleanest, most gorgeous rental! The hot tub and pool was just what we needed for a most relaxing vacation. I especially loved the glass garagecstyle doors that allowed us to bring the outdoors in. I will definitely be back!

Just why ?

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house was very clean inside and beautiful. There was a “miscommunication “ about the pool. I even spoke to a person over the phone and then was sent a how to use guide for the pool. Upon arrival the pool was unusable. I was informed it was out of season. This was never expressed to me and why send me a how to use the safety measures if I can’t even get in it because it is “ out of season “. Although several other outdoor pools were open in the area. I paid for an amenity I could not use. While also being led to believe it was available. It’s been a week.. I’m still waiting on them to contact me about my complaint.
