Welcome to The Pond House Retreat nestled in a beautiful wooded part of Chattahoochee Hills! The house is surrounded by 5+ acres of wood. Enjoy coffee or breakfast off the back deck overlooking our serene pond or on the front porch swing. Our place is meant to be a quiet retreat from all the hustle and bustle.

Property Description:

Our 3 bedroom house has a Master Bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom (shower only) on the main floor. On the upper level you'll find a guest bedroom with twin size beds and another with a Queen size bed. There is a full bathroom with shower upstairs. There is also a seating area and desk area for work on the upstairs landing. In addition to the 2 full size bathrooms, there is also half bathroom on the main floor off the living room.

The house has a full kitchen that is stocked with supplies needed to create a wonderful meal. We also have toys and games for kids throughout the house for their enjoyment! In addition, the house also has children items that are pictured.

Outdoors you will find a pond where you are welcome to fish. We do not allow swimming in the pond and ask that you catch and release if you fish. We also have a fire pit (and s'mores sticks) and seating on the porch so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Located in the charming community of Chattahoochee Hills, you’ll have easy access to nearby attractions while enjoying the peace and privacy of a wooded retreat. We are just a short 6-minute drive to Serenbe, offering a variety of activities and amenities, and about 10 minutes to Palmetto.

Please note, our home is regularly serviced by a professional pest control company, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. However, due to our unique location in a very wooded area, you will encounter insects around the property and possibly inside the house. While we take every precaution and clean thoroughly, the occasional bug might still make an appearance. If you are not comfortable with this, our home may not be the best fit for you. We do provide a bug vacuum to help relocate critters back to their home outside and bug spray for when you want to explore the outdoors.
