Close to downtown is great! Like most downtowns in most cities that comes with a little bit of mixed bag on nearby neighborhoods. This one is in an area that is not quite as nice as broadway. But being only 1 mile away from broadway is HUGE. So that evens out in my opinion.

Home is spacious and I feel it was a great deal price wise! Very cute, great aesthetic and very homey! Only drawback was bugs. I did have to kill my fair share of critters throughout the home including some spiders.

I thank Alondra for being a very gracious host, but the fridge, hot tub and one of the beds did break during my time here. It may have been a slew of bad luck but that was unfortunately my situation. Still 4/5 because Alondra was VERY quick to communicate and fix all items for me. Backyard even with the hot tub not working was very cute still and relaxing.
Also, the kitchen is missing some key items for cooking so please be aware. I noticed no cooking oil, or seasonings, no oven-safe pans, no kitchen sponges. They did have a knife, kitchen utensils and pan and pots.
Overall: 4/5
I enjoyed my stay and Alondra was a very gracious host! I do recommend, especially since it was such a great deal in comparison to other stays in area. Just be aware of some of the minor items.
