These along with extra sleeping areas, make it perfect for families. With TVs in every bedroom and a patio seating area with fire pit, guests can relax in style. The patio has an indoor area that we call the Tin Goose with TV, refrigerator, table & chairs and other furniture.

Great location and property.

The house was perfect for our stay, we wanted a spot in town we could hang out at between going to the football game. Much nicer and better price than getting mutliple hotel rooms in town.

Charming Caddo Chateau

This was a charming older home with a lot of neat details and character. It was beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our time here. We definitely will be back.

Perfect place in Arkadelphia

We gathered at this beautiful home for a weekend visit with our OBU students. The house is super close to campus, clean, well appointed and full of charm! We had so much space to spread out and the beds were extremely comfortable! What an awesome property- will definitely return!

Great stay

We stayed two nights. The house was very nice and very clean. The host was very helpful and answered our questions very quickly. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit as it was raining, but the yard is very nicely kept. The house came with a lot of amenities that I never would have thought of and many of those were very helpful. The sleeping spaces were also very nice and our family had a great time. We will be back.
