This hidden gem features 3-bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds) along with 2.5 bathrooms and a generous Loft space that could accommodate sleeping for an additional 2-3 folks if needed. The open floor plan on the first floor has the inside/outside living with massive floor to ceiling sliders that open up to a custom Jacuzzi hot tub and turf backyard. The mountain views give you privacy of and serenity year-round and they help block the sun late in the day cooling off the home for nights on the patio or master bedroom deck. Outside of the gated community, the home sits directly across the street from the coveted Las Vegas Sports Club. LVSC has tennis, pickleball, golf, swimming, spa, several gyms, workout classes, Friday socials and a plethora of weekly events including kayaking, hiking, food tastings, car shows, family events, etc.
