**Floria is a subtropical climate. We have MANY forms of nature. Some unwanted....although we treat the home regularly for pests, unfortunately some of these critters get inside and around the home. Please keep this in mind as you may catch a glimpse of some.

SMOKING:
Please refrain from smoking anywhere near the inside or inside the home. If you do smoke outside, please ensure all ashes and butts are properly disposed of. A smoking cleaning fee maybe charged of $1000 if required to clean up.

NOISE:
Local “Quiet Hours” are from 9:00PM to 7:00AM. Please be respectful of our neighborhood and keep things quiet during that time.

DOOR ALARMS:
There are alarms on every door. We highly recommend you arm each door to notify you if the door is open to keep the children safe.

PETS: One non aggressive breed dog per stay is allowed for an additional fee.
