Tulum is experiencing unprecedented growth, and as a result, the infrastructure may occasionally fail, leading to interruptions in water, electricity, or internet services. These situations are beyond anyone's control and are an inconvenience that visitors to Tulum must understand as a possibility. Therefore, as is common with most rental properties, refunds are not offered if any of these issues occur. However, we promise to do everything possible to restore all services as quickly as possible.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a balcony with a plung pool, and free WiFi, ensuring your comfort at all times. Additionally, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Our rooms feature a comfortable King Size bed and a convenient sofa bed.

Our guests will have free access to all parts of the accommodation. This includes the entire apartment as well as the common areas of the condominium, ensuring they can enjoy all the amenities we offer.

Guests can also easily contact us through the platform used for the reservation, ensuring smooth and effective communication at all times.

Our accommodation is located on the quiet Areian street in Tulum, just 1.7 km from the beach and the famous hotel zone. The neighborhood is very peaceful, perfect for those looking to disconnect and relax. However, since there are no nearby shops, we recommend our guests rent a car and do their shopping before arrival for added convenience.
