Tulum is experiencing unprecedented growth, and as a result, the infrastructure may occasionally fail, leading to interruptions in water, electricity, or internet services. These situations are beyond anyone's control and are an inconvenience that visitors to Tulum must understand as a possibility. Therefore, as is common with most rental properties, refunds are not offered if any of these issues occur. However, we promise to do everything possible to restore all services as quickly as possible.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a coffee station and mini-fridge, and the third bedroom has two queen-size beds with a terrace. Each room has a large bathroom with a shower cabin and fabulous water pressure. The accommodation also includes a half bath equipped with a washer-dryer for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property boasts custom features such as high-speed Wi-Fi service, a fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs in each room to make you feel at home. Basic amenities like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided.

We ensure that our guests have all the necessary information for a smooth check-in by sending them the details one day before their arrival. Additionally, we offer a concierge service available from 10 am to 8 pm, delighted to assist with coordinating their trip and addressing any questions they may have during their stay. Guests can also easily contact us through the platform used for the reservation, ensuring smooth and effective communication at all times.
