Pre-Authorization for Additional Guests: Any house guests beyond the booked party must be pre-authorized by the host prior to arrival. Penalties and fees may apply for unauthorized guests. 3. No Pets: Due to the presence of a cat on the property, we regretfully cannot accommodate any pets. 4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the house is 2 guests, including children.
