Late Check-In Fees:

$30 for arrivals post 9 PM.
$50 for arrivals post 11 PM.
$100 for arrivals between midnight and 1 AM.
Check-Out:

Official check-out time is 11 AM.

We kindly ask that no mail or packages be delivered to the building, please note that sending packages to the property is not guaranteed to be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
