Stylish yet convenient space with queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, wifi and tv overlooking beautiful and quiet corner patio area. Walk right down to Wholefoods or grab a coffee a few steps away.

Full access to unit and all building amenities including pool, hot tub, gym, private workspaces and and indoor track.

Room comes with a queen size bed, memory foam mattress, queen sofa bed and soft cool bedding for an indulgent good night sleep!

Early check in or late check out can be arranged if allowable.

New favorite rental in Denver!
The location is perfect for wandering around downtown. If you don't want to walk, parking is easy for the rental and about average price for that area. The unit was sparkling clean and well-appointed. The host was quick to respond to my questions, too, and the building felt very secure, requiring passcodes to get in the main entrance and proof of paid parking to get in the garage. There is a Whole Foods and a CVS on the bottom floor if you need to pick up anything you forgot or want some groceries. We will definitely be staying here again!
