Adjacent to the dining area is a luxurious living room. It is furnished with comfortable, cream-coloured sofas and armchairs arranged around a sleek coffee table and a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The room is bathed in natural light from the large, arched windows that offer a view of lush greenery outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, oven, and microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs.

This luxurious, upscale townhouse features four elegantly appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide comfort and sophistication. The master suite features a sumptuous king bed and a sofa bed. The second and third bedrooms each have a king bed, and the fourth has a bunk bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The 4.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

Please note that there are no on-site amenities. Access to a gym and pool is available through third-party services for an additional fee.

In Golden Mile 1, Palm Jumeirah is celebrated for its abundant living, upscale hotels, and popular tourist attractions.

The area is perfect for outdoor activities like walking, jogging, or running. You can take the Palm monorail to Atlantis Palm and other destinations, such as Nakheel Mall and Palm Gateway, offering stunning views of the palm fronds, the Atlantis building, and the Marina skyline. A short walk takes you to the beach and restaurants at West Palm Beach.

Various dining options are available in Golden Mile Mall, accessible directly from the building's lobby. Just a few minutes away, West Palm Beach and Nakheel Mall offer more choices.

You can find everything you need at Spinney's in Golden Mile 1, Viva Supermarket in West Palm Beach, and Waitrose in Nakheel Mall.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
