Quiet farmhouse near the beach! 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, beautiful location.

132 year old Farmhouse, that's a ten minute drive from Port Dover Beach. Three bedrooms, and one bathroom, all on second floor. Full kitchen with dishwasher, livingroom, and dining area all on main floor. Washer/dryer in basement. This 'ol Farmhouse gets very hot in the summer, there are fans in every room. A quiet and beautiful location. We love to make you feel welcome. Family friendly.

This house is semi-detached, with Airbnb house being the front house, Host and family occupying the back house. Both houses share one wall, this is not a party house.

Nice old farmhouse
Needs curb appeal. Needed area to set outside. Had trouble finding the house. The house was beautiful inside. Not senior friendly. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
