Although we live near the beach, the mountains are where we have always felt close to home. We have three kids (20, 18, and 10), and a sweet lab named Pepper. We love hosting family and especially on cool nights with a roaring fire, great food, a cocktail, and college football.

Why they chose this property
Sapphire Valley is close to all the best towns in Western, NC. Our neighborhood has a private waterfall trail, and we have a trail right in our backyard. There is so much to see and do within 10 minutes of our home.
What makes this property unique
Our oversized screened-in porch is the best place to relax before or after your day exploring the mountains. Or, it is a place to chill all day long! The home is cozy but large enough for your group to have their own spaces. Modern amenities tucked in a mountain town give our guests a comfortable yet tranquil stay.
