Vintage Hipster Cottage with Basement Gym/Pilates and Private Beach Access
Who could ask for anything more than a short walk to a beautiful beach with the most unbelievable sunsets? This charming two bedroom house also boasts a quaint basement gym with a treadmill, Climber, Peloton and Pilates reformer to stay in shape during your stay.
The beautiful landscaping contributes to the charm, and the private fenced in backyard is wonderful for social gatherings- our kids LOVE playing in the open backyard space...yours will, too!
The outdoor shower on bluestone is a delightful experience, enshrouded with lush flowers. The street that the house sits on is extremely quiet with only a few cars passing by per hour.
This is your rental if you like peace and quiet with private access to a beautiful beach where paddle borders and kayakers delight. It's only a 3-5 minute gorgeous walk to your private beach (beach card provided) that is never crowded. Many times, there is only 1 other family there...sometime none. The beach has great wifi if you prefer to do your office work at a picnic table on the beach (message for password).
NEVER miss a sunset! I have been all over the world, and the sunsets at Clearwater Beach are BETTER than those in the south of France. This is an experience you will never forget.

We LOVE our little property on Bon Pinck. This has been a summer home to us since I was pregnant with my first child, and this is how we remember how many years we have enjoyed this beautiful property...8 going on 9!
We are only the second owners of the house, and the original owners built the house in 1950 alongside the original Spanish terracotta tile that you see on the floors of the kitchen and hallways.
It was serendipity that we had the opportunity to buy this property as there were many other offers from contractors who wanted to rip down this vintage beauty.
As luck would have it, we bumped into the owner after we put an offer in, and he was delighted to walk us around the property, telling us his life story and the story of the house from 1950 onward. After he took my husband and I to the beach to watch the sunset, we knew this was the place for us.
The serene quiet of the street and the private escape of the bay beach with the most beautiful sunsets is something that our family treasures as our kids are growing up.
We are excited to share this lovely property full or ORIGINAL details from 1950..the blooming flowers in the bathroom tile are amongst our favorite details.
My husband and I are former artists (broadway dancer and trombonist) turned entrepreneurs, and we take pride in the creativity that went into the interior design of our house. We are excited to share this unique gem with you. Have a wonderful stay!

This neighborhood is tree-lined and extremely quiet. This idyllic sanctuary has few cars driving by, but friendly neighbors walking dogs and happy kids on bikes are frequent!
The Jackson Pollock museum is a 5 minute drive from the house, and the beach is a 5 minute walk or a very short 1-2 minute drive. Want to explore downtown East Hampton?
Jump in the car for 15 minutes, and you are there in the midst of the Hamptons luxurious glory. We love the local restaurants Rita Cantina (amazing Mexican and drinks..get the sangrita!) and Springs Tavern.
The private bay beach is so quiet. Kayakers and paddle boarders love this beach due to its all waters. The floating dock that you see in some of our pictures is a favorite amongst kids and adults alike. Our family swims out to it every night in the summer and aims to jump off of it 10 times before the sunsets. You should try it!

What makes this property unique
Our property is incredibly unique because of the original details from the original owner. We are proud of what our basement gym has to offer (as I am a personal trainer, I take pride!) alongside the pilates reformer.
Additionally, we are coffee snobs! We have a top of the line Mazzer Mini grinder and an Expobar espresso machine. Buy coffee beans down the street at S&S to make your own! Enjoy your stay!
