The space
Located just 5 minutes from Disney, our spacious home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, shops, and activities. Enjoy exclusive use of the entire house, featuring a swimming pool right across the door and an enclosed backyard. The interior boasts three bedrooms and an spacious living room accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably:

Master Bedroom: King Bed
Bedroom #2: Queen Bed
Bedroom #3: 2 Twin Bed bunk beds

Additional sleeping space is available with a sofa bed in the living room. Relax in the spacious living area furnished with a love sofa and two comfy sofa chairs.

Main Bathroom: Shower, single sink
Two towels provided per guest

Parking:
Up to 3 cars can be accommodated in the driveway; street parking is not permitted.

Pet Policy: Dogs or cats are approved on a case-by-case basis with a $50 fee per dog per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs weighing less than 40 lbs each. Pets must be leashed outdoors and are not allowed on furniture. Please pick up after pets and ensure they are not left unattended.

Pet Amenities Included:
Fenced backyard, water bowl, towels, waste bags, blankets, and designated outdoor pet area for bathroom needs.

Cleaning Supplies Available:
Mop, broom, extra trash bags, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, 1 paper towel roll, and 4 rolls of toilet paper provided.

Outside parking is available.

Noise Policy:
We kindly ask that you avoid loud noises after 10 PM, as this vacation community is a place where guests come to relax and enjoy themselves.

Security Measures:
Our beautiful mansion is equipped with exterior security cameras that record 24/7. These cameras are positioned only in the pool area and at the front of the house, ensuring the safety and protection of all our guests. There are no cameras inside the house.

Guest access
You can access everything seen on the pictures; you will not be sharing the house with anyone only your loved ones.

Entry is secured with a keypad lock.

After booking, instructions will be provided to access the house.

It is the most beautiful house in the neighborhood, and it is located in a corner right in front of the pool, playground, tennis courts, and green areas to walk.
