I have a wonderful management company Welcome Homes USA that is about 2 miles away and helps with the maintenance of the condo.
Near LAKE MYRTLE Sports Complex.
Many recent upgrades including 4 BRAND NEW premium mattresses, (2 Kings and 2 twins) , Black-out curtains in 2 master bedrooms, tvs in all bedrooms and brand new cookware and utensils in the kitchen , to extra seating in the Living room and dining room. 6 chairs in dining room.
It is located only 8 miles from Disney World and is great for a family vacation with 2 heated resort pools, a kiddie splash pool, jacuzzi, newly equipped fitness center, spacious club house and game room, and free internet cafe and business center all steps away, and a 5 min walk to grocery store and restaurants.
Our unit is very close to the main pool area.

My management company Welcome Homes USA 2 miles away in Davenport maintains the condo and is very responsive to any concerns you may have during your stay.
There is Wifi and about 300 cable channels in the unit. Unlimited calls to US and Canada.

From the heated pools to the landscaping to the home furnishings, everything is beautifully and luxuriously done. It is beautiful and serene with a Mediterranean feel to it. It feels like paradise. There are 2 gated pools, with a clubhouse, fitness center, and internet cafe. At the main pool and you have your choice of laying out in the sun or staying under several large awnings or umbrellas. The main pool area also has a kiddie pool.

There are 4 Flat screen Digital Cable TV's in the bedrooms and living room with dvd players and unlimited phone service to USA and Canada provided.

There is a power recliner couch, and power recliner chairs in the living room and 6 chairs around the dining room table.
This 1350 square foot unit has a full granite kitchen with all dishware and electric appliances.
Master bedroom and living room are on one side of the unit,
while the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side. This is great layout for families with children.

Each bedroom has an en-suite granite full bath. The master bath has a soaking tub and a walk in shower.

Great property and location, not to mention an amazing host.

Property is exceptional as advertised. The host is a wonderful individual who truly cares about visitors enjoying their stay. We raised an issue early in our time there and Gina took great efforts to make sure that it was addressed. The property is comfortably away from the business of the Disney Parks but they are still easily accessible. Very easy to do a day-trip to the Tampa area from this location (about an hour away depending on traffic) and lots of amenities close by. Highly recommended!

Great property - enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and well maintained. The property pool and workout facility was nice. Publix was within walking distance. And location was far enough from Orlando/Disney attractions to have less traffic - but close enough to easily get there. Property manager was exceptional as well

Everything we needed and more

The place was clean. Had everything we needed. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a definite plus! Easy access to grocery store, restaurants, and lots of other amenities literally right up the street. No need to go on any major roadways to access. I was also quite pleased to know that if there are any leftover unopened food items, they donate them to a shelter.

Excellent overall

The property was really well equipped with everything we needed and more. Size was great and beds comfortable. We had a problem with the air con on arrival but this was fixed within hours. Communicated directly with Gina who arranged everything without directing us to the management company. Great service. The only negative for us was that the outdoor terrace was affected by noisy air con units. As we were out most of the time this didn’t affect things too badly but an occasional meal outdoors would have been nice. Pool area was a good size, really nice and easily accessible. We were regularly the only people using it. Nice to be able to walk to Applebee's and the Publix supermarket as driving around Orlando can often be trying. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect.

The perfect spot for us. Gina was very helpful and available when we needed her. She left us little goodies upon our arrival.The condo was on the ground level which was nice and only 25 minutes from Disney, and 45 minutes from Universal and the airport. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great property

Condo was great. Clean, spacious, and good location if you wanted some privacy. Common areas were beautiful, especially main pool and club house. We did have 2 issues while we were there, one maintenance and one access. They were both taken care of, but the access issue did cause us stress. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Owner was quick to respond to questions and the pool was awesome!

Perfect stay

Great property. Easy to find and close to some mom and pop restaurants in the strip where Publix is. Walking distance to Publix (my hubby and I walked out to eat while kids took our car to Aquatica). Ground floor unit (some steps to get up from parking lot but also had a handicap ramp I think). Clean and comfy beds. Good showers and water pressure. Nice TV. Nate played LOL on the Wi-Fi and his game didn’t lag. Nice pool and very safe to walk around.

Beautiful Condo

The booking process both with the owner and management company was quick and easy. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. Anything you could possibly need was supplied; from pots and pans to small appliances to baby gear. There is also an amazing outdoor pool. The owner was very responsive. We traveled due to a family loss and she was very understanding to our needs. We would definitely rent from her again.

Beautiful Condo! Excellent communication!

This condo. was just as described. New furniture, new matresses, well stocked. Beautiful! I was very impressed with how clean it was and how organized everything was. Would stay here again. Only negative is the pool closes at 8:30 which was early for us. My teens wanted to swim in the evening.

We stayed five nights here in this apartment. We had six people and the premise is large enough for all of us. Swimming pool was very good for our three boys. It is also close to four Disney theme parks (within 30 mins including traffics). We really enjoyed our staying in Orlando.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Bella Piazza! The reclining couches were great, mattress in master bedroom was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the private patio area and having a washer and dryer. We found this rental to be very home like and it had everything we needed. We have been in two rentals since then and have remarked both times that we missed Bella Piazza.

My extended family left the cold of Rochester, NY to spent 4 months here and absolutely loved the beauty and serenity of Bella Piazza and the luxurious, spacious, and well appointed 3 br / 3 bath unit we rented so much that we bought the condo unit. My parents and my children enjoyed the 2 heated pools, the fitness center with new equipment.
It is 8 miles from Disney and shopping outlets and malls and there is a grocery store (Publix) and a great Chinese restaurant and CVS restaurant within a 5 min walk.

Why they chose this property

My family regularly went on winter vacations to escape the Rochester NY cold weather and after looking at 40 properties in the Orlando area, we fell in love with the beauty and luxury and convenience of Bella Piazza.
With over 1350 interior square feet, a fully equipped granite top kitchen,
3 en-suite baths including a master bath with a soaking tub and a separate shower
and 2 sinks, this feels like a home away from home.
The club house and 2 heated pools are the perfect size and everything is situated so well. The fitness club and internet cafe open at 6am and everything is right next to the condo.

The unit has a washer and dryer in a closet by the kitchen.

What makes this property unique

The condo is equipped with just about everything that is needed on vacation. The unit seats 6 in both the living room and dining room . Many new upgrades including brand new power living room furniture and 4 Brand new premium beds- 2 Kings and 2 Twins. Blackout curtains recently purchased for both master suites, along with a 49' LG smart flat panel tv for the living room and tv's in each bedroom.There is cable or Roku in each bedroom. In addition we purchased some new items to make our guests more comfortable from new linens to new pots and pans and utensils(new each year), a new pack and play, and booster seat.
