Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to the Woodlands, that is centrally located to everything. This home is just two miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and two miles to downtown Estes Park. As you walk in, you can't help but notice the large spacious living area with twenty-foot wall of windows to enjoy the surrounding mountains. Step out onto the large deck to enjoy breathtaking views of Castle Mountain and rock cropings on this 1.3 acre property. Relax on the outdoor sectional or at the dining table with gas fire pit while you cook on the gas grill. Enjoy a restful night in one of the three large bedrooms with king beds on the main level and two bedrooms with bunk beds on the walkout level, that provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to twelve people. After a fun day of adventure and sightseeing, you can relax in a private hot tub to soothe sore muscles, play games with family and friends, or take in a movie. Bell Colorado family vacation

The home is exactly as shown on VRBO. We all had a wonderful time. We did skiing, tubing and shopping. We got to see wild Turkey,s, deer in our yard. We saw Elk across the street. The home was stocked very goog. We would definitely come back

Really Nice

The House is excellent, and the facilities are great. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this vacation house to everyone. The only problem we encountered was the tv and remotes only work on volume, I could not change channels on the tv in the living room and the main bedroom remote and tv never worked. Other than that everything else was fantastic.

Mountain Trip

Wonderful property! This place had it all, it was spacious, close to town, the kitchen had all the items needed to prepare meals, and it was spotless. Checking in and out was VERY easy and they were so accommodating when we discovered I had forgotten my suitcase in the property after we left. This place is a 10 out of 10 and I can’t wait to stay with them again.

Beautiful retreat

The house was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked, and full of extra surprises. Not only were there more than enough toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies provided, but there were also a plethora of dishes, cookware, and utensils. A few appreciated surprises were a baby gate, strollers, pack and plays, a high chair, baby/children's toys, and a variety of sleds. The location is beautiful, there were animals to see out of the windows everyday!

Overall great experience! No issues communicating with host at any point prior to or during our trip. Great, large space for our family of adults in this beautiful home. So many visits from the wildlife during our stay too and a quick drive to RMNP.

This lovely home was very spacious and was supplied well with all you need to keep your family happy. There was an abundance of bath towels and hot tub towels. The kitchen had everything it needed for cooking, baking, and preparing food. The appliances were very high end. We really enjoyed that it had several living areas, both inside and out. A very lovely place to stay!

Amazing home with great views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was plenty big enough for all 11 adults to have their own space and enjoy each other’s company. The house was fitted with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. We can’t wait to visit Estes Park again!

We Will Be Back

This was our second stay at the property and we had as much fun this time as the previous time. The wildlife was entertaining--birds, elk, and turkeys. The house allows ample space with areas for games, quiet reading time, and eating and is well appointed. The hot tub was a highlight. We were thankful for the guest information on how to operate the dishwasher, as it can be a challenge.. Looking forward to stay #3.

Beautiful home and location

Our family came from all over to meet up here. We had a 1 year old, 10 and 12 year old. The place was VERY well stocked for infant/toddlers and the bigger kids had a blast with the pool table and shuffle board. We all enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood and all of the wild animals that passed through each day. HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone.

It's a beaut!

What a wonderful house to share with friends and children. We had so much wildlife that would pass by daily. The kitchen is well equipped which was a plus! There are many places to hike close to the house and the hot tub was amazing after a long hiking day. We also loved the table fireplace and games that were available with the house! The pictures really don't do the property justice.

Great property for our RMNP vacation! Great amenities and the location was fabulous for enjoying Estes Park and RMNP! Property was clean and well stocked. We were surprised by an elk walking through the yard one morning!

Perfect mountain retreat!

This beautiful cabin was designed just right to accommodate our family group-adults and children. It was clean and well supplied with supplies and with games and entertainment. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.
