The open floor plan includes a sitting area with a wall-mounted TV and cozy sofa for downtime moments between outings. The space is flanked by floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall glass doors that provide a beautiful backdrop and give access to your private terrace, which will be the highlight your group will love the most.

The terrace is a wonderful place to spend any time of the day! There’s a BBQ for grilling tasty treats, a dining table, a sitting area, and the perfect lighting to create a lovely ambiance for nights at home.

The modern kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with all you’ll need for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker for your morning jump start and a blender for afternoon mixers! The dining table has 6 cushioned chairs where you can enjoy your homemade creations or work on your laptop comfortably if needed. There’s a washer, but no dryer in the apartment for added convenience.

On the upper level, you’ll find 2 exquisite bedrooms, the first with a king bed and the second with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, large closets, room-darkening curtains, and full ensuite bathrooms.

Getting Around:
To get around the Roma Norte area in Mexico City, you have several public transportation options:

METRO
- Nearby stations: Roma Norte is well-connected by several metro stations.
The closest ones are Insurgentes (Line 1, pink line) and Sevilla (Line 1), as well as Cuauhtémoc (Line 1) and Chilpancingo (Line 9, brown line). These stations connect you to different parts of the city.

METROBUS
- Line 1 (red line): Runs along Insurgentes Avenue, with stations such as Durango, Sonora, and Álvaro Obregón.
- Line 3 (green line): Runs along Avenida Cuauhtémoc, with stations such as **Hospital General** and **Centro Médico**.
These Metrobús lines are very useful for getting around Roma Norte and to other important areas of the city.

ECOBICI
- Roma Norte has several Ecobici stations, making it easy to use shared bicycles to get around the area and to nearby neighborhoods like Condesa, Juárez, and Cuauhtémoc.

BUSES AND MICROBUSES
- On main avenues like Insurgentes, Álvaro Obregón, and Chapultepec, there are several bus and microbus routes that connect Roma Norte with other parts of the city.

TROLLEYBUS
- Line 1 of the trolleybus runs along Avenida Cuauhtémoc, offering an additional connection within and outside of Roma Norte.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs. By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays exceeding 9 nights, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest. All garbage must be bagged. If garbage is brought down, it must be bagged and sealed. If it is left in the apartment, it must be bagged and sealed. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Only 1 service animal is allowed. - For stays over 2 weeks, a mandatory cleaning service must be scheduled and paid for by the guest.

Access to the apartment: The keys are handed personally to you in the lobby. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
