This property was purchased by my parents, John and Ruth Karp in 1984. They named it after their first grandchild, Megan.
Why they chose this property
Megan's Nest is on the quiet side of the island where you will get stuck in traffic jams created by goats, sheep, and donkeys. With little light pollution, you will enjoy stargazing, amazing moon rises and some of the most colorful sunrises you have ever seen! Megan's Nest is perfect for families looking to be close to the best snorkeling, hiking, and adventure the island has to offer. It is centrally located between the famous Northshore beaches (Maho known for sea turtles), Hansen to the east, and Salt Pond (5-minute drive) and Lameshure part of the southern beaches. Coral Bay is also between incredible hikes such as Ram Head and Reef Bay. We hope you feel Coral Bay and Megan’s Nest is a good fit for your family/group.

THE VIEW!!! It is amazing from the kitchen, dining room, family room, all decks, and pool. Your family will enjoy 3 separate pods where you can enjoy privacy, and then come together for meals or to cool off in the shade of the two large decks both with cooling trade winds. Or you can bask in the sun on our large deck and cool off in the pool that overlooks Coral Bay.
