Absolutely Wonderful Place to Stay!

This was the eighth year our family has stayed at the Majestic Sun. It was by far the best of all of them! The condo was beautiful, spacious, extremely comfortable and had a well-stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay again!

Vacation of a Lifetime

This condo was simply perfect. Living room, kitchen, dining room is open and spacous. Cozy enough for 2 of us and roomy enough when the family of 7 joined us. The master bedroom/bathroom are roomy and allowed us to have separation when the kids arrived. All other rooms were spacous and the kids were 'thrilled' with the bunk beds. GREAT 3 weeks at Miramar beach !! Cant wait to return !!

The condo was fantastic. Couldn’t have booked a better place. Hospitality of the host was perfect helped up out a couple of times. Look forward to staying there again.

Stunning Views

This is such a beautiful penthouse, the views of the ocean are amazing! The SeaScape Complex had so much to offer. We were traveling with kids and parents and the property and condo offered everything we could ask for. The condo was very clean and well furnished. We were very pleased with our visit.

From the moment we walked in until we left our stay was amazing. The property owner (Michelle) was responsive within minutes and was able to help without hesitation. If you are looking for views, this is the place. Clean, relaxing environment. Everything worked and was very easy to understand. We would highly recommend this place.

Great Condo!

The condo was great, everything was stocked and clean. We had room, and the owners were great to answer any questions or concerns quick. Location is great, one deduct for the road crossing and traffic,,,everything else was a 5 star!

One of new places out there.

Terrific location. Plenty of room, nice furnishings (not cheap condo furniture) and we’ll stocked with everything you need. Owners respond to questions quickly. This is our 2nd time staying there and hope to continue staying.

Family vacay

Nicely updated condo with million dollar views. Loved watching sunsets from balcony. Very spacious with nice decor. Comfortable beds and good AC. We have never rented a condo with such limited supplies. We had one roll of TP per bath, one trash bag, one paper towel roll and S &P. No cleaning supplies for kitchen was strange. Thought owners appreciate renters cleaning the place during their stay. Also no beach chairs. We rented from LDV and they had them on beach with umbrella ready for us! Highly recommend LDV.

Absulutely Breathtaking

This condo was so beautiful and our stay there could not have been more pleasant. It was so neat, furnished for whatever you needed. It was really grand for our party of 10! I would recommend this place to anyone for the most relaxing vacation ever. So close to pools and the beautiful beach. Hated to leave it. The Majestic Sun is the place to visit!

Perfect View - Perfect Vacation

This was the second time we spent our beach vacation in this property. And, as expected, we had another perfect vacation. Waking up to a perfect view of the beautiful beach and gulf waters is the best. The condo easily accommodated our family of 9 and had all the amenities you'd expect from a penthouse luxury condo. Again, very nice, highly recommended, and we'll be staying here again in the future!

Best experience on the Emerald Coast

This was our fourth time staying at this property. It never disappoints. The condo is well kept and well stocked so all you have to do is focus on having a great vacation. The spectacular views from the balcony, living area, and master bedroom are amazing. We will definitely be returning!

Everything we needed and some

Easy check in/out procedures, no wait for elevators or luggage racks, condo was very clean and pics as advertised, views for miles, great weather. I would highly recommend this condo for easily up to 10 people and would stay here again.

Above and beyond our vacation dreams

This top floor unit was better than anything our family could have imagined! Absolutely beautiful unit with more than enough space for all of our family. Each couple had their own bedroom and the 4 cousins shared the bunks. Each room had large closets and dressers for all of our "stuff" so there was no luggage to be tripping over. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, nobody felt crowded in this spacious unit. Besides the very large TV in the main family room, each bedroom had it's own TV if you needed to get away from everyone for a bit. The bedrooms were stocked with pillows and blankets and each bathroom was stocked with bath towles. The kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could even think you would need to prepare a meal, plus a large pantry to store all your food. The very large balcony on the top floor offered amazing views of the beautiful white sands and clear waters on this gorgeous beach. We were able to see sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, turtles and easily watch our family playing on the beach. Plus, as an unexpected bonus, with the air force base not too far away, we were able to watch helicopters and jets do maneuvers daily. This unit really is everything you want and more! It was easy to feel AT HOME away from home.

Beautiful place

Wonderful condo—beautifully decorated, plenty of seats, kitchen amazingly stocked, very clean, and beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing, just had to cross the street to get to the beach, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, never had to wait long for an elevator, and plenty of parking. We look forward to staying here again.

Second time booking unit 1202 Penthouse. The unit was clean and spacious. Had a few upgrades and all modern amenities one needs. From the sleep number bed to the Ninja blender. Everything was perfect.

Great place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The penthouse on the 12th floor offers spectacular views. The unit was very clean and spacious. Communication was excellent with the owner and she attended to our every need. Getting around is a bit tricky if you do not have a car unless you Uber or Lyft which is expensive. We rented a golf cart from Beach Better Golf Carts. Overall we had a great time and looking forward to coming back! Enjoy your stay!!!
