As we strive to offer an absolutely comfortable ‘home away from home’ to anyone who’s looking to stay in Minnesota for vacation, short term, corporate travel, or any other reason .We are here to provide with the best rentals with amazing amenities, great customer service, and a comfortable, customized experience for each and every guest.
This 5-bedroom house in Apple Valley is perfect for your escape. With 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax.
We are 15 minutes from the MSP airport, 18 minutes from Mall of America, 5 minutes from wal-Mart and other shopping centers and restaurants.
Enjoy all that this city has to offer when you stay at our place.
The space
The upper level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms ,one living room and a spacious dining area and kitchen.
The large master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk in closets and a large ensuite bathroom with a vanity sink. The two other rooms in the lower level has a queen size bed each and share a bath
There is a spacious living room with smart TV, washer and dryer.
Enjoy the outdoors on your own private deck which overlooks a large backyard that is perfect for games and activities. This amazing home serves as the perfect getaway where people find rest and enjoy time with friends and family.
GENERAL: High Speed internet, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, iron/board, washer/dryer, central heating & A/C (Thermostat), and complimentary toiletries basket . Two Smart TVs, Netflix login and prime video provided upon request
PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles), street parking.
Other Things to Note
This space can house up to 8 or more guests. There are two air mattresses available on request, also I live in the lower level (it's just me) but am away during the day most of the time,I have a private entrance ,so you may not see me .
The lower level is currently not accessible to guest right now.
