Why they chose this property
I love the river and wanted to be close to it. Most houses on the river in Dunsmuir are also fairly close to the railroad tracks. I love the location of this house because it is close enough to the river to walk to in 3 minutes but far enough away from the train that the sound doesn't bother me.
